2. I need to change my shipping address, what should I do?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at shop@arborebeauty.com. Once your order has shipped, changes can no longer be made.

3. Where is my shipping confirmation?
Orders are carefully packed and prepared within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. During peak times, processing may take a little longer. If you haven’t received your confirmation after 5 days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Tracking updates typically appear once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier. Please allow 2–4 business days for this to happen. If your tracking has not updated after that window, email us so we can assist you.

5. Do you accept international orders?
